Hope Network Center for Autism is seeking a Behavior Analyst to become a key member of a multidisciplinary Autism treatment model. Hope Network provides center based ABA services at several sites including Grand Rapids, Holland and now East Lansing. The Center for Autism in collaboration with a major university will offer a unique diagnostic and treatment environment. ABA services are provided for learner diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder ranging in age from 1 year 6 months through 21 years old. The CFA offers Safety Care Training, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and a leadership career path. The CFA is a founding member of the Michigan Behavior Analytic Providers (MiBAP) association. The CFA is part of the larger Behavioral Health Service line within Hope Network providing a full range of services with persons with mental illness and developmental disabilities.
The Behavior Analyst-Center for Autism is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Responsible for developing appropriate programs and behavior intervention plans as well as supervising their implementation. The Behavior Analyst develops comprehensive and focused treatment plans for children based on medical necessity for the remediation of the deficits of the child’s autism diagnosis. The Behavior Analyst continually monitors their assigned teams and each learner’s progress in order to provide the most relevant treatment.
