Work environments will vary between a variety of work stations and vocational trainings and may require periods of sitting, standing, bending, and twisting.The Work Skills Coach models positive work behavior and provides the necessary training and support to ensure consumer success with a variety of job o training opportunities and vocational trainings. The Job Coach will provide general and/or specific services emphasizing vocational and work skills development for consumers within these program. The Work Skills Coach is responsible for maintaining a productive working relationship with coworkers and community members/business partners they may come in contact in and out of the facility. The Work Skills Coach will define and apply strategies for work simplification, environmental modification, task analysis, as well as specific training strategies.
